This notice describes what personal data MILEHA processes through this website and what we do with it. In short: we only ask for what we need, and only use it for what you gave it for.
What data do we process?
Through the interest form: your name, email address and — depending on the option you choose — your role, workplace, city, year of birth and gender, or your company name, website, position and the offer you describe. Year of birth and gender are processed only if you provide them, and only for aggregated statistical purposes. Beyond that we only process what you type into the note field.
Why do we process it?
To answer your enquiry and to notify you when the service launches. We don't use it for anything else. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
How long do we keep it?
For as long as the purpose of contact stands, at most 24 months after launch — or until you withdraw your consent. After that we delete it.
Who do we share it with?
When you submit the form, your data reaches us by email. We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) as an email processor for this. Messages sent to the AI assistant on this site are processed by the Google Gemini API; please don't enter personal or health data there. We do not sell or pass on your data for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no marketing or analytics cookies. We store a single technical cookie that remembers your chosen language.
What are your rights?
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of the data we hold about you, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us and we'll act within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
